Coaching is an interactive experience where you and Lesile will discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want.
First, you and Leslie will look at where you are, and determine where you want to be. Once you and Leslie know the destination, then the two of you will look at what's been preventing you from achieving your goals, then Leslie will provide you with the action steps to help move you forward.
Leslie uses a variety of tools and techniques including but not limited to Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT). She also draws from her rich life experiences from her days as an entrepreneur, as well as the extensive coaching, education and personal development work that she's done herself.
The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process.
If it is a psychological or mental health issue, you should first refer them to a medical or psychological professional.
If you believe they would really benefit from coaching, know that Leslie can only work with them if they are willing to work with her.
Most likely, they are not ready for coaching, yet, if you are having to book the consultation for them.
100%! What happens in your sessions with Leslie, stays in your sessions, just like seeing a therapist.
Leslie offers all three options. Keep in mind, whether your sessions take place via phone, in-person or virtually, there isn’t any difference in the quality of your coaching sessions.
