The Mental Gym - College Edition

The Mental Gym is an interactive workshop designed to promote mental health freedom, build resilience, and empower students by helping them develop essential mental skills and cultivate a growth mindset. 


By fostering healthier mental health, The Mental Gym helps students stay enrolled and reduces withdrawal rates, thereby increasing your school's success rate for student retention and graduation.


Just as we understand the necessity of physical exercise to keep our bodies healthy, it is equally vital to engage in activities that strengthen and maintain our mental health. 


The program is led and created by Leslie O'Hare, an accredited mindset life coach with over 20 years of experience. Leslie holds certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Emotional Intelligence, and Psychology. 


These credentials enable Leslie to develop and deliver impactful programs such as The Mental Gym.   

 

The Mental Gym is a dynamic workshop designed for college students seeking to enhance their mental well-being and resilience. This interactive program offers a supportive space where students can develop essential skills to manage stress, improve emotional regulation, and build a strong sense of self-worth. Through engaging activities and thought-provoking discussions, participants will gain practical tools to navigate the challenges of college life and beyond.
